Reclaim Your Rhythm | A Menopause Workshop with Viriam

Midlife is not a crisis—it’s a threshold. This workshop is a gentle invitation to reconnect with your inner rhythm, especially for those navigating perimenopause, menopause, or conscious transformation.

Many women experience burnout, emotional overwhelm, and a deep shift in energy during this time. In this nourishing 3-hour session, you’ll be supported through:

🌿 Gentle movement & yoga asana
🌿 Meditation, pranayama & mantra
🌿 Guided reflection on boundaries & nervous system support

This is a space to honour your changing body, explore your emotional landscape, and reclaim your space—not as withdrawal, but as an act of deep self-respect.
